I am a legal dispute mediator with over 20 years' legal and business experience in assisting people to find innovative and practical solutions to a all types of legal problems and disputes
I hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting and Law.
I have worked as an accountant, business manager and solicitor in the past and I now practice as a Barrister and accredited Mediator in the ACT, NSW and Queensland.
I have extensive experience in Court litigation and mediation, particularly in relation to personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, insurance litigation, property litigation, administrative law, criminal law and deceased estate litigation.
I am a passionate advocate of alternative dispute resolution and mediation and have attended in excess of 300 mediations.
and I bring an open mind and the necessary skills and demeanour to achieve the best possible outcomes for the parties to a dispute, irrespective of the issues involved.

Fees
Face to Face Mediation - 3 Hours Mediation Time (plus pre-mediation session or preliminary conference, all phone calls and correspondence) - $1,650.00 (incl GST)
Online / Telephone Mediation - 3 Hours Mediation time (plus pre-mediation session or preliminary conference, all phone calls and correspondence) - $880.00 (incl GST)
Mediation - Additional Hours - $275.00 per hour (incl GST)
Accommodation, meals and travel expenses (if applicable) - At cost
Disbursements, eg courier fees etc (if applicable) - At cost
Room hire fees, catering etc (if applicable) - At cost
Cancellation Policy - A cancellation fee will apply if I am notified:
1-2 days prior: 75% of the applicable rate, unless I secure another booking for that day.
3-14 days prior: 50% of the applicable rate, unless I secure another booking for that day.
15+ days notice: nil cancellation fee.
